📅 This is an in-person meet up. One of the organizers was my manager previously. Personal Updates:

• 🛌 Past week has been a little less busy because it was the engagement week at the college and I didn’t have classes in the evening. I used the time well. Ready for the second half of the semester.

• 🦇 This coming Tuesday is the conclusion of the first major project at my new job: A live online presentation about one of the products I manage. It has been hard to get to know the product and talk about it proficiently after just a month dealing with it, but it was a wise first steps that my manager asked me to do. It forced me to get to know my product. It was light throwing someone in the deep end without knowing how to swim well 🏊‍♀️.

By the way, I will be dressed as Batman during the presentation - It will be on Halloween day. Wish me luck.

• 👻 Today, I’ll be taking my kids to the Halloween Fest at an old TTC subway station. This decommissioned station has been featured in numerous films. It’s $5 per person, and it’s for a worthy cause. Details here.
