Today I have two articles and a video for you. All three are focused on technical topics.
Web 3.0 is here, most likely to stay. In a very short sentence: Web3 is the use of decentralized blockchain āļø technology to build the next wave of the web. And we are on its very infancy.
This article doesnāt talk about the theories behind Web3, but it demonstrates a very down-to-earth implementation example of a Web3 application. With this, you will see all moving parts of this new web.
If you like cutting edge tech, this is it. Jump on the bandwagon and ride the wave.
You may have heard the term before but you may not know that it is. I wasnāt able to describe it properly last week when someone asked me what Functional Programming was. So I went on a mission š to find a good explanation.
I didnāt know this guy before, but he is quite smart and very eloquent. His take on Functional Programming is quite good.
Just check this video on Functional Programming with C# if you would like to go deeper.
Iām not that great on building pretty things with CSS. Actually Iām pretty horrible. But I find HTML lists (UL and OL) as specially tricky to style properly.
This article shows some cool āļø list styling you can apply to your web projects.
My personal update:
-
Busy first week back to a new college semester teaching Programming I - I do love teaching š
-
If I told you I was watching a Korean Legal Drama this week, would you judge me? I would š
-
If you have questions about career or technology ā and you would like my input, I would love to invite you to discuss your questions with me.
The catch: We will record the conversation and make it public on my YouTube Channel. This way more people can benefit from the conversation.
Hit āReplyā to this email if you are interested.
Cheers, hasta la vista, and bye!
